Jonathan Harvey is Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Choirs at Fitchburg State University in Fitchburg, MA, where he conducts the Concert Choir and Chamber Choir, and teaches music history. He also serves as the Music Director of the Brattleboro Concert Choir in Vermont, and Music Director of the Sem Summer Music Festival in Pennsylvania.
Jonathan is a member of the American Choral Directors Association, the National Collegiate Choral Organization, the College Music Society, and Chorus America. He holds a DMA in Conducting and Music History from the University of Connecticut, an MM in Choral Conducting and Musicology from Indiana University, and a BA (Phi Beta Kappa) in Music and Philosophy from Earlham College. He lives in central MA with his wife Jessica Adamick and their son Walter Harvey-Adamick.
