Nhung Truong is a Choral Director and the Coordinator of Applied Music at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA where she conducts various choirs grades 7-12.
In addition to serving ACDA, Nhung is a member of the Massachusetts Music Educators Association where she also holds leadership positions. Nhung has presented at the MassACDA state conference and is published in the Massachusetts Music Educators Journal. Nhung is a Senior Staff Member at Laurel Music Camp in New Hartford, CT where she has managed and guest-conducted the choir. As a performer, Nhung sings alto in the Seraphim Singers, a choir based in Boston.
Before moving to Boston, Nhung taught choral music and IB Music at Sturgis Charter Public School, co-conducted choirs at UMass-Amherst, and directed choirs at the United Church of Bernardston and Berkshire Hills Music Academy.
Nhung holds a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from UMass-Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Providence College.
