Bio
Destiny Cooper is an active conductor, clinician and music educator whose goal is to find ways to strengthen voiceless communities through music, expression and leadership. Her heart is in working with young singers which brought her to Massachusetts in 2018. In addition to being an educator, Destiny is currently a conductor at Boston Children’s Chorus and since relocating to the greater Boston area has worked with various ensembles within the organization. She has been active in ACDA the last few years as an Honor Choir Manager for Conferences in 2022 and 2023. She is currently a Middle School Choral Director in Lexington Public Schools and serves on the board of Massachusetts ACDA.
