Bio
Paige Graham is the Assistant Director of Choral Activities at Smith College in Northampton, MA. In addition to her work with the Glee Club and Chamber Singers, Paige teaches Introduction to Singing, private voice lessons, and music appreciation.
Prior to joining the faculty at Smith, Paige worked with the treble and low-voiced choirs at the Universities of Illinois and North Texas. She also conducted the Central Illinois Youth Chorus as well as the youth and adult choirs at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Urbana, IL.
She frequently presents faculty recitals at Smith College. She recently performed J.S. Bach’s Cantata 84 Ich bin vergnügt and a recital of American repertoire by composers ranging from Charles Ives to Joni Mitchell. Paige’s performance and vocal pedagogy background significantly inform her dedication to sustainable, flexible vocal technique in choral settings.
Paige received her undergraduate degree in voice performance from the University of Michigan, and earned a Master of Music in Choral Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
